Tasting life’s buffet... and enjoying every dish

is there any way to read stuff like self help books, as if they are not prescriptions (although they are intended to be by the author). And read them, like some literature or something...

Stuff like reading a self-help book chapter named "don't waste time" -- while "obviously wasting it" by "reading it"... but having no problem, because "I am not trying to not waste my time"...

Similarly, reading some health fad books like you should only eat raw vegan... or you should talk omega-3 pills everyday or something --- and reading them, like eating some burger... being comfortable like that..

reading some jiddu krishnamurti stuff... and following some cult or religion...

or reading osho for some time, saying that sex is natural and don't restrain it and so on... and then watching some orthodox priest detailing its a way into the mouth of the devil...

like listening to some heavy metal and then listening to some lullabies for babies for peaceful sleep...

or watching some girl talking down on you and spittin on the camera to make you feel like you are her slave... and then watching some soft motherly asmr woman tucking you into bed...

people like to be cool too.. to listen or read or watch something "cool" is considered cool... but listening to some old cheesy soppy romatic poorly acted overly affectionate... music or film or whatever...

i mean the question is... is there a way to enjoy everything...

but this does not mean -- i should be forcing myself to read or watch or listen to something which I don't want to...

it's like, I still have my preferences at the moment...

and I may prefer listening to Deftones or something, rather than currently listening to Taylor Swift or some Carnatic music...

I think part of it is about not judging.. but i wish if there is any particular term for it... or a name for this practice.. or a book where someone said about this or something..
